LIMITED 90 DAY WARRANTY

 

RadScan Medical Equipment, Inc. warrants its products as follows --


What is Covered: Defects in material or workmanship.

For How Long: 90 days from receipt or as stated in the accompanying product documents.

What We Will Do: Replace the product

 

What you must do to get a replacement product:

(1) Contact your vendor (or write, FAX, or call us).
(2) Give your name, address, and date of purchase.
(3) We will arrange disposition of the defective product and provide a replacement unit.

Other Limitations: This warranty does not cover products that have been lost, stolen, or damaged by accident, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

No Other Warranty: We make no other warranty, express or implied, to you or any other person or entity.

No Liability for Consequential Damages: We will not be liable for special, incidental, consequential, indirect or similar damages. This means we are not responsible or liable for damages or costs incurred due to loss of time, loss of savings, loss of profits or revenue, or loss of use of the product. Additionally, we are not responsible or liable for damages or costs in connection with claims by others, inconvenience, or similar costs. In no event will our liability for any damages to you, any other person or entity, exceed the replacement cost of the product.

No Unauthorized Changes of Warranty: Statements by agents, employees, and distributors such as advertising or presentations, do not constitute warranties by RadScan Medical Equipment, and do not bind RadScan Medical Equipment, and should not be relied upon.

State Law Rights: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
